We do not ship the parts/products before money is in our bank account or reflecting in our payment gateway (payfast). If you need the parts to be shipped or delivered same day or next day, it is faster if you make a direct deposit/ immediate transfer to our bank account which is another option of payment in checkout.
We know that time is money, therefore we ship or deliver fast, we do same day deliveries around Johannesburg if you order before 10am during week days.
Our delivery times are usually from 1 to 5 days across the country. In SADC countries it usually takes 2 to 7 days.
We keep you informed via email and you can always track the progress of your shipment on our website through your account, which gets created when you make a purchase.
We are good at communicating with our clients. Our lines are always open for any queries, request or anything you want to find out about. You can call or whatsApp.
We use multiple couriers which include the Courier guy, MDS Collivery, Aramex, Pocable express. If you want to send your courier to come collect, we do not have a problem with that. We encourage the use of reputable couriers who will take care of fragile parts and not break them on the way to you.
We are open to any suggestions or requests that are reasonable, we are here to serve and make things simple and easy for you as our client.
When you have booked us to come repair or replace parts, the call out payment must be paid inadvance.
